General Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in property industry with minimum 5 years in Project Management role.

Knowledge of computer (MS Office) is essential

Strong leadership skill and communication skill

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR TASKS

Lead in the management and coordination of project with consultants and contractors to ensure timely authorities’ approval, timely launch and timely completion within budget whilst achieving the required quality standard

Formulate and implement effective and efficient business plans on project management and development.

Promote courteous and effective customer service to achieve “Zero Defects”.

Provide timely reports to Management and prepare quarterly and annual business plan including profit forecast of projects.

Develop a business development and marketing plan for the Project to achieve the sales target and net operating profits.

To take the lead in the preparation of the yearly business plan for the assigned projects and constantly monitor the performance of the team to ensure the business plan targets are achieved.

Accountable for overall bottom line results for the assigned project.

Ensure timely hand over vacant possession in relation to completed units to purchasers.

Design development and product pricing.

Ensure timely approvals are obtained from the relevant authorities to meet the business plan (BP) targets.

Liaison and strengthen the relationship with the relevant departments and authorities.

Ensure compliance with the requirements of safety standard guidelines of the relevant Acts,

regulations, by-laws and others.

Conduct and lead coordination meetings with consultants and contractors to study and suggest solutions to technical or non-technical problems.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
